Welcome to Mission Street Collaborative LLC ("Mission Street", "we", "our", "us"). We provide coworking office space and administrative support services to independent wellness professionals, including but not limited to therapists, counselors, coaches, and spiritual directors (“Members”). Our services are designed to support these professionals in operating their independent businesses.

Important: Mission Street is not a healthcare, mental health, or wellness provider. All services rendered by Members are the sole responsibility of those independent professionals. Mission Street does not supervise, direct, or control the services provided by Members.

By using our website (https://missionstreet.space), our Member Booking Portal (https://missionstreetcolab.com), or accessing our facilities and services, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Terms of Service

2.1 Scope of Services

Mission Street provides:

  • Hourly and as-needed rental of private office spaces designed for wellness services.

  • A professional business address and mail services for Members.

  • A staffed reception area during designated hours.

  • Access to common amenities, including a beverage station, waiting area, and Wi-Fi.

2.2 Member Responsibilities

  • Members are independent contractors and operate their own businesses.

  • Members are responsible for all professional licensing, insurance, certifications, and compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

  • Members agree to maintain the confidentiality, privacy, and records of their own clients as required by their profession and applicable laws (e.g., HIPAA, if applicable).

2.3 Use of Facilities

  • Members are expected to use the space in a manner consistent with wellness services.

  • Only Members and their clients may access the facilities during their booked time.

  • Members are responsible for ensuring that their clients conduct themselves appropriately while on the premises.

2.4 Beverage Station Usage

  • The beverage station is provided as a courtesy for Members and their clients.

  • Members may consume a reasonable number of beverages (generally one per hour of use) and may offer their clients one beverage per session.

  • Only the Mission Street receptionist or Members may serve beverages to clients. Clients should not help themselves.

2.5 SMS and Email Communications

By signing up for a Member account or using our services, you consent to receive:

  • Booking confirmations.

  • Appointment reminders.

  • Facility updates, such as closures, maintenance notices, or service changes.

You can opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP. Message and data rates may apply.

2.6 Payment Terms

  • Members agree to pay fees according to their selected membership plan and usage.

  • Monthly membership fees are charged on the first day of each month.

  • Hourly room usage is billed according to the rates posted in the Member Booking Portal.

  • Late payments may result in suspension of booking privileges or access.

2.7 Termination

Mission Street may terminate a membership at its discretion for:

  • Non-payment.

  • Misuse of facilities.

  • Violation of these Terms.

  • Behavior that threatens the safety, comfort, or well-being of other Members, clients, or staff.

3. Privacy Policy

3.1 Information We Collect

We collect the following information from Members and website users:

  • Name, email, phone number, and mailing address.

  • Business name (DBA) and professional credentials (if applicable).

  • Payment information (processed securely via Stripe or another payment processor).

  • Booking history and usage data.

  • Communications preferences, including opt-in status for SMS.

For clients of our Members: Mission Street does not collect or retain any private client health information. Any information shared with a Member is governed by that Member's own privacy practices.

3.2 How We Use Your Information

  • To provide booking services and manage your account.

  • To send transactional communications (confirmations, reminders, updates).

  • To improve our website and services.

  • For internal recordkeeping, accounting, and legal compliance.

3.3 SMS Communications

By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS messages from Mission Street for:

  • Booking-related updates.

  • Important facility announcements.
